I bring over 40 years of experience from my two, family owned businesses, based in Connecticut. In 1972, I started my first business when I was 11 years old mowing lawns. In 1980, I started working with my Dad in his landscaping and excavation business. I ventured out on my own in 1986, starting Bednaz Excavating that I ran for 30 plus years.
My property management company, established in 1993, when I bought my first commercial property. It has given me the experience and passion to provide assistance in business decisions, construction and vendor relationships.

Owner Steven and Roxane Bednaz bring more than 40 years of experience from the two family-owned businesses, based in Connecticut. One was a commercial and residential excavation company, doing site work, road preparation and utilities. Owning and being in the construction business gave Steven the expertise needed to understand the importance of building relationships with his customers. The other business was a property management company. This company managed the commercial building which housed his excavation company and rental space, a rental home and homes Steven built and sold. Vendor relationships and attention to detail remain their core values, which were essential in maintaining commercial property and building homes.
Building a business with a center focused on maintaining homes for people in and around his community is the reason Steven is focused on Home Watch. Having multiple properties himself, Steven values the importance of attention to detail and consistency, to ensure that a person’s asset—their home—is protected.

LIEUTENANT COMMANDER GREG DOIRON, USN (ret)
A highly decorated and experienced Naval Aviation Maintenance Officer, Greg proudly served for 30 years, leaving a lasting impact on the Navy’s aviation maintenance program. His career began with a strong foundation in aircraft maintenance, transitioning from hands-on duties to leadership roles within various squadrons and commands. Throughout his career, Greg demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, overseeing maintenance and logistics support for fixed-wing strike/fighter aircraft. He served on multiple deployments, ensuring aircraft readiness and safety in support of operational missions across diverse geographic regions. Beyond technical proficiency, Greg was a dedicated leader, consistently mentoring and training junior personnel. He championed safety programs, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement with his teams.
Upon retirement, Greg transitioned to civilian life, leveraging his military experience, attention to detail, and leadership skills while employed at International Paper, serving as Maintenance Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, EHS Manager, Capital Project Coordinator, and Maintenance Department Head during his 9 year tenure. Greg currently resides in SWFL where he enjoys the sunny weather and playing pickleball in his spare time.
