It's his company, and he checks on our house. Every visit has pictures, and details, including inside temp and humidity, plus refrigerator and freezer temp. After the last storm, he noticed I had a tree down. He arranged for a landscaper to right it, and brace it and saved the 10 foot tall hibiscus. This last visit, the inside temp was about 3 degrees higher than normal. He specifically contacted me to let me know, and to offer assistance in remedy. We were able to get our HVAC company out within a few hours. They discovered and remedied the problem. Had we not had Steve, we would have not known of the issue, and the AC would have been toast by the time we got back in our house.
